1. For the league positions, what is the difference between IR and IR+? 2. Why do we have bench players? Would it be possible to move the 3 bench spots to IR? I could see people stashing away prospects on their bench and not ever playing them. If we are going to have a full size roster, we should play them every night. 3. Will the divisions stay the same? Some of them don't make sense. Just wondering.

I have one too are we keeping our entire team? Or will we have set amount we can keep then a draft next year to fill our team up?

1. IR is long term and IR+ is for day to day players
2. we have 3 bench players because I basically using NHL roster rules. Also, what is the issue with them putting prospects on their bench? once prospects are signed to your team they basically become NHL regulars which means if you waive them, you don't keep their rights. You also have to give up a veteran in return for keeping a prospect on your bench. the 3 bench players are for injuries in your line-up. Once players return you are forced to drop the surplus players, otherwise you can't make any moves.
3. Unless a team moves (city moving) then they probably will be. You can provide suggestions if you wish.
4. You keep your 23 man roster + IR + Prospects. Drafts are only for new rookies.

1. Aaaah ok. 2. I didn't think of Bench players as Dressed/Undressed players. That makes sense. 3. Here is how I would divide it up at the moment (I know it will change based on more people joining): Southwest Division: -Omaha Bombers -Las Vegas Rollers -Los Pollos Hermanos (Albuquerque, NM) -San Antonio Rampage -Flagstaff Frontera -Silver City Caballos Atlantic Division: -Gwinnett Georgians -Ottawa Silver Seven -Tampa Bay Spartans -Hartford Whalers -Washington Wildcats -Philadelphia Broad Street Bullies Northwest Division: -Vancouver Wolves -Surrey Snipers -Oregon Mallards -Seattle Tristana's -Edmonton Icemen -Calgary Flames See map:

Glad i could clear it up for you
Hmm.. thanks for placing it on a map.. it makes it much easier.. Your logic makes sense.. I kinda wanna have 4 divisions though.. so i wonder how we could split up so we have 4 divisions of 5 teams..
Maybe a Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, I don't know what to call what would encompass Nebraska, Texas, Georgia, and Florida

The biggest problem is the six teams in the Northwest. No easy way to split such a tight group up.
