That would work, but I think it's going to come down to an executive decision

probably need to decide soon. Season is starting and its going to take a while to find out who is active and tell them about the re-draft if that is the way we are going.
Nothing wrong with being a new commish. Everyone starts somewhere.
I started playing fantasy hockey in 1993. I usually run 12-15 teams a year with 5 of those being money leagues with buy-ins ranging from $15-$100.
I run 2 12 team yahoo partial keeper leagues (one we keep 8 players from last year and the other we keep 5) Its hard being a commish. Ive been doing fantasy leagues forever and no way would I run a dynasty keeper league. Its way too much commitment and pain in the ass. Im in a few, but the are 10 team leagues and most of the players are friends in the real world, so it goes smoothly. Running a 20 team league and trying to keep everyone using the message forum and keeping all the player movements correct is damn near impossible. Is really hard for a long time fantasy commish to handle, much less a rookie one. Thats nothing to slight you, its just fact.
You might want to re-draft with less teams and just have this year be a one year league with no keepers to get your feet wet. Its a tough job even without having an off site forum, prospect draft, an online draft where yahoo will draft this years prospects, etc.
Its up to you, but whatever we do, it needs to be fast.

Here is my plan.. run with what we have and see how it goes.. if it goes well we keep it going with only minor changes.. if there is issues we adjust accordingly.. lets see how it goes
